Refund Process
If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please reach out to us within 7 days of the service completion or issue occurrence. Our team will review your request and assess the situation. If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 days using the original payment method.
Exclusions
The following situations are generally not eligible for refunds:
- A change of mind after the service has commenced.
- Fully completed services provided as described.
- Delays due to external factors beyond our control, such as missing information or materials from the client.
Policy on Mind Change with Work Done
In the event that you change your mind after work has already commenced on the service, we offer a partial refund policy. If work has been initiated and progress has been made, we will refund 50% of the payment, while the remaining 50% is non-refundable to cover the work completed up to that point.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel a service that has not yet started, please notify us as soon as possible. Depending on the specific situation, a partial or full refund may be considered after our evaluation.
Modification of Services
If you need to modify the scope of a service after it has started, please contact us. We will assess the feasibility of the requested changes and inform you of any potential impacts on cost or timelines.
